Shipping Options

We offer the following USPS shipping methods:

  • Ground Advantage: Estimated 7-14 business days
  • Priority Mail: Estimated 4-8 business days
  • Priority Express: Guaranteed 2-day delivery (varies by location)

Once your shipping label is printed, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number, typically within 2 business days. Please note that shipping estimates are based on when USPS receives the package, not when your order is placed.

Important: Priority Express orders are typically shipped in the morning due to USPS deadlines. If placed later in the day, your order may ship the following business day.

Delivery Timeframes & Delays

We ask that customers allow at least 14 business days for their package to arrive before reaching out for a replacement. We require that our customers in Alaska and Hawaii allow 28 days for a Ground Advantage package to arrive. If there are known regional delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may require additional time before issuing a replacement.

During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), shipping delays are common. USPS often posts updates on their website regarding service disruptions, and we strive to communicate this information when available.

Delivery Insurance

We offer optional Delivery Insurance, which you can opt out of at checkout. Our coverage tiers are:

  • $8 for orders up to $500
  • $12 for orders $500-$750
  • $16 for orders $750-$1,000
  • $20 for orders over $1,000

Delivery Insurance provides peace of mind—if your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will offer you replacement options.

Insurance & Replacement Policies

  • Shipping estimates are not guarantees (except for Priority Express). Ground Advantage and Priority Mail may vary based on USPS delays.
  • If your package is lost, we require you to wait at least 14 business days before filing a claim. We ask that our customers in Alaska and Hawaii allow 28 days before filing a claim. 
  • Replacements are issued on a product availability basis; if we are out of stock of your purchased item, we will offer either a replacement of equal value or store credit for the value of the product at time of purchase.
  • If a replacement package is issued and the original package arrives, we require it to be returned. We will provide a prepaid return label.

“Delivered” Packages & Missing Mail

If USPS tracking indicates that your package was delivered, we must assume it was. We cannot replace packages marked as delivered unless USPS confirms an error.

If this happens, please contact your local USPS office first. They can geolocate the package and provide official documentation stating whether it was misplaced, lost, or delivered to the wrong address. This paperwork is required to obtain a replacement.

Filing a Delivery Insurance Claim

  • Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the expected delivery date.
  • USPS periodically recycles tracking numbers, so please contact us promptly while tracking history is still available.

International & 3rd-Party Forwarding Services
